Ernie's of Lake Tahoe — Folsom

Tahoe natives, Rebecca Pautsch and Greg Bruso, come together to embark upon the exciting venture of opening the second Ernie's in Folsom,Ca. Also siblings, one being seven years older, but we won't tell who, Greg and Rebecca are proving that like their father, the restaurant business does run in their blood. They continue to uphold the reputation of excellent food and service, combined with a warm and friendly atmosphere that the Ernie's name has worn for almost 27 years.
 
Greg is married to Rose, a doctor interning at UC Davis Hospital and fill-in server when needed. Rebecca is married to Brian, who is also part owner that moonlights behind the grill on the weekends and hopes to join the team full time soon. They also have two children under 5 years old, Ellie and Evan.
 
Along with their families, Greg and Rebecca would like to invite you and your family to a see for yourself the pride they take in making sure every guest leaves looking forward to their return.
